Owner Dave Ollivier was born and raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and grew up in a fairly strict religious home while attending Christian elementary school and high school. Upon graduating
high school in 1980, he got his first taste of “police work” while working as a security officer at the Gallery Shopping Mall at 8th & Market Street in Philadelphia, PA. Needless to say, this was his first lesson in culture shock!
In 1984 Dave joined the United States Marine Corps Reserves as a Military Police Officer and had the extreme honor of graduating as the Platoon Guide. He was also at the top of his class at Military Police School. Monthly reserve duties were performed at the Willow Grove Naval Air Station in Horsham, PA.
